We charge a 50 USD appointment fee that can be applied to your order. This is to protect our limited time slots from last-minute cancellations.

Please give us at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you cancel within 24 hours we are unable to reschedule your appointment or refund the appointment fee
